For the recycling of iron/steel chips, compacting process without binderand drying process has been noticed. However, it hasn't come into wide use due to the deficiency of equipment for the satisfaction to quality of compacting. MORI succeeded in developing the desired' Briquet Machine which is a recycling plant in lower running cost by its experiences in building of hydraulic press and leading Japanese market. Moreover, MORI developed a disposal plant system-SURAMEL Z-series and opened the way for recycling of grinding sludge which is generally disposed in inverse charges through taking over and reclaiming by special works. It is being authorized as the environment project of the 21st-century in Japan.
